While I believe that with proper regulation and oversight, Gen AI can provide unique support to human ingenuity, I prefer to ground my approach to teaching in true human interaction. The beauty of learning languages comes largely from the ability it gives us to connect with other people. I guarantee that I will never intentionally use generative AI in any part of my planning, preparation, or delivery.
